Lillian Nanyunja Muleke is a senior real estate and urban development leader driving investment, housing delivery, and market transformation across East Africa. With over 15 years of experience, she mobilizes global capital into high-growth opportunities, positioning Uganda as a strategic entry point for sustainable and scalable development.
As Director of Sales at Aldermoor, she leads investor engagement and commercial strategy across residential, mixed-use, and smart city developments—aligning private capital with national priorities in housing and infrastructure. A dynamic sales strategist and client relationship leader, Lillian brings deep expertise in property sales, client acquisition, and market development, connecting buyers, investors, and tenants to the right opportunities. Her approach is grounded in strategic insight and a human-centred ethos, ensuring relationships built on trust, clarity, and long-term value.
She is a strong advocate for affordable housing, championing inclusive models that expand access to quality homes, supported by data analytics for informed decision-making. Prior to Aldermoor, she spent over a decade at the National Housing and Construction Company (NHCC), where she scaled project uptake and improved access to homeownership.
Lillian serves as a Board Member of AREA-Uganda, US-African Collaboration, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Director of Innovation and Education at REIEA, East Africa Vice President of ISODS, and Co-founder of Data Pulse Uganda. As MIPIM’s East Africa representative, she connects regional projects to global investors.
She holds an Executive MBA, Postgraduate in Marketing, Mirco degree leading in change for Digital and Green transformation and Degree in international relations and Diplomacy.
